Is it just me or is State Representive Roland Gutierrez all of the sudden come out of his hidding place? I have written him on serveral occations and never once received a reply. Now that the election season is upon us I have seen an ad on the back page of the Hearold and today received the "Lone Star Report" from his office. Has anyone seen this report before?
